Activities
Outdoor Activities
10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: Antique snowmobile parade in collaboration with Les Pionniers de Valcourt.
10 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Mini-exhibition on the Museum forecourt featuring the 2025 People’s Choice Award winner, Sylvain Trudeau, showcasing a 1970 Ski-Doo® T’NT 340 and other vehicles from his collection. The exhibition will also include a selection of antique vehicles presented by the winner of the Les vedettes du parvis contest.
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Outdoor activities for all ages in collaboration with the City of Valcourt (snow sliding, inflatable games, igloos, and snow scooters).
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Snowmobiles tours (registration required. Reservations are made on-site starting at 10:00 a.m. for all departures throughout the day. As spaces are limited, early arrival is recommended — first come, first served.)
10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.: Outdoor exhibition of antique snowmobiles.
11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Acrobatic snowmobile show by Trep Freestyle.
11 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Outdoor food zone (Faim Renard and Queues de Castor).
12 p.m. to 3 p.m. : Outdoor booth on the theme Life Under the Ice, featuring an interactive ice-fishing game, hosted by GUEPE Estrie.
1 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Intercultural gathering around a fire pit, organized by Valcourt 2030, where members of the region’s newcomer community will share their customs, artisanal traditions, and hot beverages from their home countries.
2 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.: Acrobatic snowmobile show by Trep Freestyle.
2:30 p.m.: People’s Choice Award for antique snowmobiles.
Activities Inside the Musée de l'ingéniosité J. Armand Bombardier
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. : Free admission to the exhibitions.
10:40 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. : Self-guided tour of the reserve.
Activities Inside the Centre culturel Yvonne L. Bombardier
10 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Face painting for kids by Marycotton and her sidekick.
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Indoor family activities, including a winter-themed keychain-making workshop, hot chocolate distribution and snack sales by the Maison des jeunes l’initiative de Valcourt.
10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 3 p.m.: Playful 30-minute presentations of a winter-themed story led by Estelle Généreux.
Please note that visitors must park their vehicles on nearby streets or in the BRP plant parking lot. The parking areas at the Museum, Cultural Centre and J.-A.-Bombardier Avenue will be closed for the duration of the event.
