You’re cleaning up before winter and thinking of throwing away your defective items? Before buying new ones, stop by our Café-répare to try to repair them on Saturday, November 9, from 12 h 30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
What is a Café-répare?
Repairers will be present at the Museum to help you repair a wide variety of items, from your favourite pair of old socks to your toaster!
Attending specialists :
- small appliance repairers
- electronic repairers
- sewing professional
Items not accepted :
Some items will not be accepted for safety reasons :
- refrigerators
- ovens
- large appliances
- microwaves
- televisions
- printers
- gas-powered appliances
- cell phone screens
- broken cell phones
With family or friends, join this community gathering activity with a relaxed atmosphere. If several of you want to consult the same specialist, take the opportunity to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a light snack offered by the Maison des jeunes de Valcourt!
