This white fabric badge is a relic from P.A. Beaudoin Inc., a dealership based in Laurier-Station. It’s a symbol that tells the story of a family business founded in the late 1920s, when Pierre-Aurèle Beaudoin—Laurent Beaudoin’s father—opened his distribution company. He later went on to become a Bombardier dealer.

The dealership has been selling Ski-Doo® snowmobiles since 1961, when it received no less than 44 machines on its sales floor. Back then, communication systems were far different from those we know today, so customers simply had to dial the number 80 to reach the Laurier-Station central office.
