In 1975, Bombardier Limited continued its conquest of marine products, with the launch of the Bombardier Canoe 15, manufactured at the Roski plant in Roxton Falls. The number 15 indicates that the canoe is 15 feet long. Production continued until 1977, and grew to include a smaller and lighter canoe, the Bombardier 14, and a larger version designed for long-distance trips, the Bombardier 17.
