It is one of the oldest snowmobile associations based in Rovaniemi, Finland, and was founded in 1970. The logo has not changed since its creation. The club has been organizing local races since 1971. In 1979, North American racers were invited to Rovaniemi. The event attracted record-breaking audiences and propelled the club into the international arena. The club has a variety of divisions: youth, women and senior, all involved in Finland’s socio-economic sphere.
