Printing plate used to produce the sales brochure for the Bombardier J5, a tracked vehicle manufactured by Auto-Neige Bombardier Limitée. The printing plate made it possible to transfer an image of the J5 vehicle onto a sales brochure. Photoengraving was the initial name given to the process of obtaining an engraved plate from a photographic image, to be used in printing. As seen in this sales brochure, the photoengraving process reproduced an image of the Bombardier vehicle on paper.
