By the late 1960s, telephones were no longer a luxury in Quebec. However, in more remote areas, installing telephone lines was more complicated. Outside the big cities, somelow-density areas of Quebec and Canada had no service at all. Transporting assembly materials several hours away from a village was challenging, especially in cold weather and isolated locations! Telephone companies like Bell turned to Bombardier vehicles for their construction sites and network maintenance. Find out more about this historic partnership through numerous photographs and artifacts.
